Ingredients - chicken 1 kilogram,butter 200 grams,cashew nuts,Kasuri methi (fenugreek),Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 table spoons,Lemon juice 1 table spoon,salt to taste,marinade,yogurt thick,Ginger paste 2 spoons,garlic paste 2 tea spoons,Garam masala powder half tea spoon,Mustard oil 2 tea spoons,honey 1 table spoon ,fresh cream 1 cup.

Step 1
Cut the chicken in to strips take a bowl and place the chicken in to the bowl now add salt red chilli powder Lemon juice little bit oil,now make it in to a batter place it in a refrigerator for some time.
Step 2
After marinate now mix ginger garlic paste,Chilli powder,Yogurt,salt and Garam Masala now add some mustard oil and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Now again mix well so that all the chicken gets marinated well and put it in the refrigerator for a certain period.i prefer for 2 hours.
Step 5
Now put the pan on the low flame add 2 table spoons of oil  in a pan now add green Cardamons and mace now you will experience a good nice fragrant after that add ginger garlic paste and then saute it for some time.
Step 6
Now make the tomatoes in to pureed and add in to the pan after that add some salt,Red chilli Powder  then cook it for some time in between stir it occasionally when ever needed for 10 minutes in a low flame now add the Kasuri Methi, (The methi only available in Himalayas) and some butter cream and honey and mix well.
Step 7
After coocking for some time now add Chicken pieces and cook for some time now the fragrant and most delicious dish is ready to eat.
